Kishner Miller Himes is a boutique law firm that focuses its practice on complex business litigation and real estate transactions. Our clients encompass all of the parties in the real estate world, including buyers and sellers, investors, lenders and borrowers, developers and sponsors, property management firms, and brokers. On the litigation side, we represent individuals, corporations, partnerships and other business entities in a diverse range of complicated disputes. Our attorneys have extensive experience in negotiating, structuring and documenting real estate transactions, and in trials, appeals and other stages of litigation at all levels of state and federal courts. We presently have nine lawyers, all of whom concentrate in real estate matters and litigation.
